It’s official. Scottish lasses have bigger busts. At least according to department store Debenhams (and our handy graphic above).
Sales figures from Debenhams reveal that females from across the border are an average 34DD, a whole two sizes larger than their English neighbours.
Sharon Webb, head of lingerie at Debenhams, reported: ‘We’ve seen a dramatic difference in Scottish bust sizes vs. the rest of the UK – our fuller bust ranges have been particularly popular with Scots’.
Scottish celebs including Ultimo founder Michelle Mone, singer Emeli Sande and Lorraine Kelly, would appear to back this up.

In terms of where in England the most buxom beauties reside, it seems that ladies up north are more likely to have bigger boobs, with an average northerner wearing a D cup, while southerners tend to be smaller chested.
